It is that time of year again when we are able to walk the beaches and enjoy the warmer weather and of course look for sea glass and sea pottery in the sand! One of my favorite ways to display sea glass is to make a sun catcher. These look so pretty hanging on a window. They are very easy to make. If you don't own a drill, you just need to tie some nylon string around your sea glass finds and tie the top to a piece of driftwood or even a starfish. Add a drop of glue to each knot to make sure it holds. I like to drill my sea glass and wrap it with beadalon wire. I have a shell hanging from the bottom of my sea glass sun catcher. This simple little decoration makes me smile every time I look at it.
